Traci Todd is a portrait photographer located in downtown Paris. Traci loves to capture newborns, children and seniors either on location or in her studio.
One thing I always do is try to make my sessions personal to the family. I want to know what they like to do, hobbies, interests etc. Mom mentioned wanting to incorporate her husbands ball glove into the newborn session. So, I borrow a bucket of baseballs from another client and came up with this image. This is my first time doing something like this, I am very pleased with how it turned out!

I really hope that is how you spell her name, usually I am pretty good about asking how to spell names because it annoys me when people cannot spell my name right.
This little girl was amazing. She only peed on two items (which is great!) and sleep almost the entire time. We did have to stop for one feeding but that is expected. I shared one image on my facebook page earlier this afternoon but I wanted to share one here as well.

I first met this couple when they were still waiting on Delaney. We met up in Georgetown and took advantage of various locations. They were such a fun couple to photograph, I knew I would hit it off with these two! They brought their precious baby girl , Delaney, to the studio at 5 days old. Such a sweet little girl! You can find some of her newborn images here and here, Christy always had the best outfits and bows, even with a newborn! For Delaney’s 3 month session I went to their home for more of a lifestyle approach. You can see some of her images from her 3 month session in this blog post.
They came to the studio for Delaney’s 6 month session, Christy mentioned a few things she found on Pinterest that she wanted to try, yes please!!!
Such a fun age to photograph! Can’t wait for her cake smash session!

Lincoln came to see me this morning!! Isn’t he cute?!? I loved this hat that mom brought with her.
Are you expecting and interested in a newborn session? Newborns are best captured between 7-10 days old, little Lincoln was 10 days at his session.
