I have been taking pictures for as long as I can remember. I started with 120 film, shooting everything, the dog, the house, the grass, whatever was in front of me. As I got older I started photographing people and landscapes. During my junior year of high school they started offering photography classes. That was it, I was hooked! I loved the dark room and developing my own film, I can still smell the chemicals!! I continued taking photography classes in college and continued to live in the dark room.
After the birth of my first child my love of photography resurfaced. In 2007 I purchased my first digital slr and never looked back. Thanks to an amazing bff I quickly learned about the digital process (ok maybe not quickly!!).
I opened my studio in September 2008 and haven’t looked back.
